A participant of the 7th Annual Rugged Terrain Obstacle Run low crawls through mud. Crawling through mud is one of as one of the 20 obstacles within the run April 6, 2019 in the Grafenwoehr Training Area. The Rugged Terrain Obstacle Run is a 16 kilometer event hosted by the Grafenwoehr Morale, Welfare and Recreation, 7th Army Training Command.

Military Units Featured

7th Army Training Command

The 7th Army Training Command (7th ATC), headquartered at Tower Barracks in Grafenwöhr, Germany, exercises Training and Readiness Authority (TRA) over four active brigades.  The brigades are: 173rd Airborne Brigade; 2nd Cavalry Regiment; 41st Field Artillery Brigade; and the 12th Combat Aviation Brigade. The 7th ATC also resources the training readiness for all of USAREUR’s assigned and allocated forces throughout the EUCOM area of operations with the following organizations: Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC); Joint Multinational Simulation Center (JMSC); 7th Army Noncommissioned Officer Academy (NCOA); Training Support Activity Europe (TSAE); Combined Arms Training Center (CATC).
